2 out of 3 young people are ill-prepared by their schools to enter working life (1).

Young people rely on their schools to train them not only for working life but also for integration into working life.

But the numbers are not there:
77% of women, in particular, consider that school-based training prepares them very poorly for the search for their first job and 74% consider that school-based training prepares them very poorly for the reality of working life (1).

Moreover, the evaluation of soft skills, which are increasingly looked at by recruiters, favors certain social strata of the population, who are more at ease with oral expression due to their education, for example.

According to a study by OpinionWay, the term "soft skill" is only known by 18% of individuals belonging to a low socio-professional category, compared to 43% of those in the highest socio-professional category (2).

Through the democratization and transparency of recruitment processes, we wish to contribute to a more meritocratic world and a more inclusive society where we all have the opportunity to feel fulfilled and happy in our professional and personal lives

Prior to launching Prepera, I was working in Product Innovation in the Beauty industry, for Chloé in Paris, and then Marc Jacobs in New York.

I spent 3 years preparing the launch of Perfect Marc Jacobs, overseeing the product concept and design, the fragrance developpement, the project management and the shoot of the TV spot and advertising campaign.

Perfect was such fun and positive project and it became the #1 launch of 2020 in the Fragrance world.

Fun fact: I actually ended up as one of the hand model on our ingredients shoot!
